We have decades of experience at the trial level and we have participated in appeals at every court level in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. We have appeared before many administrative law tribunals including private arbitrations, CLC adjudications, HRTO hearings, FSCO (now LAT) adjudications, CFIA and the HPARB.
